How to photograph your property so it actually sells
Shoot in the morning or the hour before sunset. Midday tropical light burns out the sky and throws hard shadows across every terrace.
Open all curtains and turn on interior lights, then take each room from a corner at chest height. A wide but not fisheye lens keeps rooms honest.
Lead with the strongest image — usually the view or the pool — and include at least one photo of the street or approach. Buyers who feel misled at the viewing walk away.
