We bring the whole region into one place — from beachfront villas in the Dominican Republic to city apartments in Buenos Aires and fincas in the Colombian hills.

Every country in South America and the Caribbean is on Tropivio, and so is every kind of place: islands, mainland coasts, mountain towns and small villages. Search by country, town, property type, bedrooms or budget, and browse homes directly from the owners and the agents who know them best.

For sellers, listing is straightforward: choose a package, publish your home, and it stays online for three months. If it hasn't sold by then, you can renew or upgrade at any time — nothing disappears without you knowing.

For buyers, accounts are free. When you message a seller, your enquiry always goes through Tropivio, so you know exactly who you are talking to and sellers know where their leads come from. It keeps the whole process honest on both sides.
